摘要
利用高温裂解法,以酞菁铁为原料在不同基底(石英玻璃、硅片、氧化硅片等)上成功制备了碳纳米管定向薄膜。在扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)下观察表明,得到的薄膜由定向性良好的多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)组成。详细讨论了反应时间等工艺参数对薄膜生长的影响,并测量了不同基底上定向碳纳米管薄膜的场发射性质。
