摘要
利用乳液聚合的方法合成了粒径约为200nm规整单分散的聚苯乙烯微球;并利用两种组装方法对其进行了模板的组装;并利用原子力显微镜的DFM模式对所制备的聚苯乙烯微球模板进行形貌表征,证实所制备的微球粒径均一,单分散性好.比较了两种方法对模板组装的效果,对组装的机理进行了初步的探讨,结果表明:用垂直沉积的方法组装模板要优于滴膜的方法;为以后作为光子晶体模板的制备提供了实验数据,为介孔电极材料的制备奠定了基础.
In this article, monodispersed polystyrene microspheres were prepared through emulsion polymerization. The particle size was about 200nm. The templates of spheres were assembled using two methods and the morphology of the templates was studied by AFM. The particles had a high monodispersity. The results showed that the vertical sediment method preceded the droppingcasting method. This work will give an assistance to use the template to prepare photonic crystal and the mesoporous electrode.
