摘要 通过对一、二次风量测量装置的标定试验、炉膛布风板空板阻力试验以及料层厚度为500mm的料层阻力试验,确定风量标定系数及料层阻力曲线,找出临界流化风量,同时检查布风板布风均匀性和有关风机的出力特性,确定冷渣器排渣控制参数,为循环流化床锅炉的稳定、正常运行提供依据。 Through the calibration of primary and secondary air measuring apparatuses,and test of air resistance of air distribution dampers and coal layer resistance at thickness of 500 mm, the air flow calibration coefficient and coal layer resistance curve are determined. The critical fluidizing air flow is found. In addition, the homogeneity of air distribution of the distribution dampers and the output characteristics of related fans are checked, and the slag-removing control parameters of slag cooler are determined. These provide a scientific basis for stable and normal operation of the CFB boiler.
