河北热电有限责任公司八期技改工程将安装4台DG410/9.81-9型CFB锅炉,是国内目前在建的数量最多的CFB锅炉群。其中#23、#24锅炉相继于2002年11月投产供热,最长连续运行时间已分别达到1443h、1463h。本文重点介绍了锅炉投运以来在运行操作调整方面积累的一些经验。

In the eighth phase technical transformation project of Hebei Electric and Thermal Power Liability Co, Ltd. four DG 410/9.81-9 boilers will be constructed. These in construction are the largest in China both in capacity and in number, among which, Unit #23 and #24 were put into operation successively for sending thermal power delivery in November 2002. The longest continuous operation time reached 1 443 and 1 463 hours, respectively.This paper focuses on some experiences accumulated during operation and adjustment since first startup and commercial operation.
