分析了STT理论及其优点,提出了一种新颖的全位置打底焊控制思路。在此基础上介绍了所研制的STT全位置自动打底焊机,包括整机机械和电气两部分。其中电气部分着重介绍了控制系统的软、硬件组成及其功能。

STT theory and it’s good qualities are anylized and a novel control method for all-position backing weld is brought forward.And then the developed welder is introduced,which includes two parts:the mechanism and electric ones.In the electric one,the emphases is put on the makeup and function of the soft and hard wares of the control system.
