摘要
本文对两种锁定方式的AGC控制模型作了误差分析。结果表明:锁定轧机弹跳量的AGC系统优于锁定轧制力和辊缝的AGC系统。前者的稳态误差不受轧制刚度系数误差的影响,后者的轧机刚度系数不仅影响稳态误差还要影响过渡过程。
The article analyses the error of control models in both of AGC systems which locking plans are different. The result is that the AGC system of locking mill elastic extension is better than that of locking roll-load and mill gap. Steady error of the former does not be influenced by error of mill modulus, but the latter is not the same. The error of M influences not only the steady error of finishing thickness, but also the dynamic process.
