摘要
从氟资源化出发,提出了氟碳铈矿低污染冶炼工艺。新工艺回收氟70%以上,减少了Ce( )还原和除Fe、Th等工艺步骤,H2SO4可以多次重复利用,大大减少了化学材料用量,提高CeO2收率10%以上,从源头上大幅度削减了污染负荷,并提高了资源的利用率。
This article is about the option of fluorine ex chequer.We bring out the environmental being cast technology of the fluorinate-carbonateous-cerium mineral.This new technology can take back fluorine above 70 percent.At the same time we can get off the step of the reduction of cerium(Ⅳ) and make the element of iron and thorium cleaned from the mineral by this technology.Sulfuric acid can be adopted and the chemical agent would be reduced mostly.In addition,the recovery rate of CeO2 will increase above 10 percent.This technology reduces the pollution burden mostly from the source and it will increase the utilization rate of the resource.
