摘要
考察了影响催化裂化柴油稳定性的因素,综述了改善催化裂化柴油稳定性的方法,如加氢精制、酸碱精制、吸附精制、溶剂精制、络合萃取精制等。在讨论了各种精制方法的原理、工艺的优缺点和技术经济性的基础上,提出了根据催化裂化柴油中的非理想组分的组成、含量及精制目的的不同,采取不同的方法精制催柴,而且可以将这几种方法中的两种或几种联合起来应用;同时考虑到影响其稳定性的因素有很多,而且各种因素相互作用,认为应当首先脱除其中对稳定性影响最大的部分组分,当各种因素影响差别不大时应当首先脱除在化学上最容易脱除的组分,从而达到既满足对催化裂化柴油的质量要求,又不影响柴油收率的目的。
The factors affecting the stability of FCC diesel oil were investigated, and the aspects of improving the stability of FCC diesel oil, such as hydrogenation refining, acid alkali refining, solvent refining, complexation extraction refining and so on, were comprehensively summarized. Through the discussion of the principle, the advantages and disadvantages of processing and their technical economy of various refining methods, we put forward to choosing different methods of refining FCC diesel oil with different compositions, percentages of un-ideal component and refinery purposes. Moreover, two or even more of these methods could be applied simultaneously. Meanwhile, considering the factors affecting the stability of FCC diesel oil and their influence each other, the components greatly affecting the stability should be taken off firstly, and the components, which can be easily gotten rid of, should be taken off firstly. So we can not only meet the demands of the quality of FCC diesel oil, but also bring no influence on the yield.
