摘要
在新世纪开始了新的一轮课程改革,如何在课程标准的指导下进行教学内容的选择是课程改革的关键,也是当前课程改革急需解决的问题。为了使地方体育与健康课程的开发落到实处,在文献研究的基础上结合教学经验和实地考察,根据认知规律把体育与健康课程划分为拓展型、核心型、探究型,以解决传统课程之间的彼此分离状态,使学校内的体育活动有机结合起来,以利于进行统筹规划,合理选择教学内容,共同完成课程改革的任务。
Curriculum reform has been carried out in the 21st century,the key to which depends on the choice of teaching contents under the guidance of curriculum standards. To develop the local sports and health curricula,the authors classify them into three types,namely extensive type,core type and exploring type. These types can combine the sports activities together so that the teaching contents can be reasonably chosen and applied.
