武术与生俱来的技击属性使其有别于其它体育项目,无论是套路演练还是散打格斗,都离不开"进攻和防守",套路的"攻防"是虚拟的,散打的"攻防"是实体的,但"攻防意识"都是他们刻意追求而必不可少的,所以说"攻防意识"贯穿于武术活动过程的始终。

Wushu is different from other sport items. Both Taolu and Sanshou emphasize incorporation of attack and defense. The attack and defense of the former is unreal while those of the latter are real. For both,consciousness of attack and defense are indispensable,which is displayed through the whole process of Wushu.
