现阶段,中国体育经济在非均衡状态下运行。造成中国体育经济非均衡状态的原因有:体育市场不完善、体育市场体系不健全、体育资源短缺、体育经营部门缺乏利益约束和预算约束以及体育产业结构不合理等。这种非均衡状态表现出以下几个特征:二元机制、供需脱节、局部"通货膨胀"、隐性失业、高平均利润水平与低资本容量并存。
