通过对奥林匹克知识产权的特征、权利要素的分析,结合我国举办2008年奥运会及加入世界贸易组织的新情况,提出了我国在保护奥林匹克知识产权方面应采取的法律措施。

Through analysis of features and rights of the Olympic property rights and based on the conditions of Chinas hosting the Olympic Games in 2008 and its entry to WTO,this paper puts forth legal measures to protect the Olympic property rights.
