A research into the mental health education of the high school students according to Sports and Health Course Standards

《体育与健康课程标准》(以下简称《标准》)的主要目的是为了不断增进学生的健康。学生在中学期间,应通过实施必要的心理健康教育,及时发现并解决问题,从而保证学生能全面健康地发展,以适应社会发展的需要。

Sports and Health Course Standards issued by the National Educational Bureau is the standards of sports and health required for the high school students. It gives requirements for sports participation,sports skills,physical and mental health,social adaptability of the students. It focuses on the ideology of 'health first',with a purpose of improving the students health that include physical health,mental health and social health. High school students should receive mental health education so that they can develop allroundly and be able to meet the social needs.
