我国体科所科研队伍的发展与教育发展关系的调查与分析

The relationship between the development of science workers and the requirements of educational development in the Chinese research institutes of physical culture

采用问卷调查法对我国体科所科研队伍的发展与教育发展的要求相协调的情况进行了调查与分析。科研人员要出色地做好科研工作,必须具备敏锐的信息意识及较强的信息处理能力,并不断改善自己的知识结构,掌握与体育科研相关的多学科知识,力争既是专门人才,又具备"通才"的素养。

Questionnaires were adopted to analyze the coordination of the development of science workers and the requirements of educational development in the Chinese research institutes of physical culture. In order to do the work well,the science workers should possess acute information awareness and strong ability of information processing. They should also keep improving their knowledge and command knowledge relevant to the sports scientific researches.
