摘要
顺应理论是近年来新建立的语用学理论.它从一个新的角度来考察语言的使用.本文对顺应理论的内容作一简要介绍并对这一理论在英语口语教学中的运用进行探讨.
The Theory of Linguistic Adaptation is a new pragmatic theory that was set up in recent years, which looks into the use of language from a new angle. This paper offers a brief account of the Theory of Linguistic Adaptation and airs the views about the application of this theory to oral English teaching.
