摘要
作为一门主干专业课程,基础英语教学不但要向学习者传递语言知识和技能,而且应当培养其自主学习的能力.本文运用认知心理学和应用语言学的研究成果,论证了元认知因素与自主学习能力的关系,探讨了将学习者自主学习能力的培养纳入基础英语教学实践的步骤和内容.
As an important major course, Basic English teaching is responsible not only to teach learners knowledge and skills but also to develop their capabilities of autonomous learning. On the basis of the argument on the relationship between metacognition and learner autonomy, the ideas and steps of how to incorporate autonomous learning training into Basic English teaching are presented.
