VRLA电池小电流放电终止电压的确定

摘要 对接入网的阀控铅酸蓄电池在小电流使用状态下终止电压的确定作了简单介绍。指出,1)电池设计时,活性物质的量一般根据10小时率设计,参加反应的活性物质必须少于设计的量,才能确保其使用寿命;2)在同一放电终止电压,较大电流放电时,电池的极化较大,电池能放出的容量就少,参加反应的活性物质就少,而较小电流放电时则相反,因此,小电流放电时,电池终止电压应高于较大电流放电时的终止电压,电池放出容量宜与设计容量相一致,以避免电池过放电,确保电池的使用寿命。 How to select the cut - off voltage of VRLA battery applying in access net at low discharging current was introduced in this paper. It was indicated that: 1 ) Amount of active material of battery was determined according to the 10 hours - rate of battery while battery was being designed. And amount of reacting active material must be less than that of the designed to guarantee the battery life; 2) At the same discharge cut - off voltage of battery, the battery polarized strongly at large discharge current, the discharge capacity was less and amount of reacting active material was less. The battery polarized weakly at low discharge current, the discharge capacity was more and amount of reacting active material was more. Therefore, at low discharge current, the cut - off voltage of battery was higher than that of at large discharge current to avoid battery deep - discharge and to ensuring the serve life of battery.
