摘要
阀控铅酸蓄电池(VRLAB)有贫液型和富液型两种。分析了贫液型阀控铅酸蓄电池存在的问题;综述了富液型硅粉阀控铅酸蓄电池的技术进步和工艺改进,如硅粉的改进,正、负极板的改进以及颗粒二氧化硅填充方法的改进等。
Valve-regurated lead-acid(VRLA)batteries have different types: starved -electrolyte and rich -electrolyte types. Extant problems in starved - electrolyle VRLA batteries were analyzed in this paper. The technic progress and process improvements in granupar silica type rich - electrolytes VRLA batteries were reviewed, such as the improvements on silica, the improvements on positive and negative plates and on filling methods of granular silica.
