摘要
介绍了铟的不同沉积方法及沉积铟在不同介质中的电化学行为。在各种沉积铟的方法中,以硫酸盐和氨基磺酸盐的电镀液电镀效果最好。多种电化学实验方法表明,铟无论在酸性还是碱性溶液中都会发生钝化并可进行由单质到三价铟之间的转换。
Various methods for the deposition and the electrochemical behaviors of indium in different mediums are introduced in this paper. The indium sulfate bath and the indium sulfamate bath are the best among all the methods for the deposition of indium. The results, obtained from different electrochemical methods, show that indium can be passivated and transformed metal and trivalence in either acidic solutions or alkaline solutions. In3 +and In2O3 are the main forms of indium in acidic and alkaline solutions respectively.
