摘要
生产AK糖的工业废水中含有硫酸盐等无机物和有机胺等有机杂质 ,针对废水中含有高价值的有机胺为契入点展开研究 ,开发出了一条经济高效的污水处理工艺 ,先采用低价值的石灰为原料中和酸性废水 ,再用少量纯碱置换出有机胺 ,蒸出的胺馏分采用独特的干燥和吸附方法提纯 ,使回收的有机胺纯度达到 99%以上 ,可用于再生产。这一工艺不仅使处理后的废水达到了排放标准 。
Acesulfame potassium (Ace-K) is a non-caloric sweetener and wastewater discharged during its production incurs severe pollution. This paper reported on the equipment developed by the Guangzhou Hi-tec food Ingredient Co., Ltd. for purifying the wastewater which containing amine, sulfuric acid and other organic pollutants. Process of the treatment features reclaiming amine with the purity of over 99%, and the effluent in compliance with the relevant wastewater emission standard.
