摘要
采用正交试验法 ,选定药液密度、进液速度和进风温度 3因素 ,筛选雪荔颗粒喷雾干燥的最佳工艺。最佳工艺为药液密度 1.0 7mg/ ml(热测法 ) ,进液速度 9ml/ min,进风温度 176℃。
Using orthogonal experimental design, the operating conditions of spray drying process for preparation of Xueli granules were investigated. The density of herbal fluid extracts, the atomizing speed of liquid feedstock and inlet air temperature were chosen as key factors. The results showed that the optimum processing conditions were density of liquid feedstock 1.07 mg/ml , at the atomizing speed of 9 ml/min and inlet air temperature 176 ℃ .
