摘要
研究盐酸戊乙奎醚 (PQN)肌肉注射及灌胃给药对麻醉及清醒家兔在体胃及豚鼠离体胃条的抑制收缩作用。结果表明 ,PQN能抑制由乙酰胆碱 (Ach)和氯贝胆碱引起的胃内压上升 ,拮抗 Ach对离体胃条的收缩作用 ,并能抑制离体胃条的自主收缩。
The effects of penequinine hydrochlordie (PQN) im or ig on stomach in anaesthetic or conscious rabbits and the stomach strips isolated from guinea pigs were investigated. The results showed that PQN could inhibit the increase of pressure in stomach caused by acetylcholine (Ach) or bethanechol chloride, and antagonize contraction of stomach strip caused by Ach, it also could inhibit the independent contraction of stomach strip.
