The contruction and regulating principle of double-in-out pulverizer are elaborated; The fuel level control system maintains a constant level in the pulverizer, utilizing differential air pressures as an index of coal level. The combustion control system possesses the advantages such as better operation reliable, control convenience, better fineness at low load and a fixed air/coal rate etc.
