摘要
建立了测定甲磺酸罗哌卡因中 2 ,6 -二甲基苯胺的高效液相色谱 -电化学检测法。采用 C1 8柱 ,流动相为含乙二胺四乙酸二钠和磷酸氢四丁铵的 0 .5 mol/ L磷酸盐缓冲液 -乙腈 (6 0∶ 4 0 ) ,流速 1.0 m l/ min,电极电压为 0 .90 V。2 ,6 -二甲基苯胺在 5× 10 - 3~ 6× 10 - 2 μg/ ml的范围内线性良好 (r=0 .9980 ) ,RSD为 2 .7%。
A HPLC method with electrochemical detector for determination of 2,6-dimethylaniline in ropivacaine mesylate was established. A C 18 column was used with mobile phase of 0.5 mol/L phosphate buffer solution (containing disodium EDTA and tetrabutylammonium dihydrogen phosphate, pH5.0)-acetonitrile (60∶40). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The detector potential was 0.90 V. The calibration curve was linear ( r =0.9980) in the concentration range of 5×10 -3 ~6×10 -2 μg/ml. The RSD was 2.7%.
