法律是一种稀缺的社会资源 ,要做到对法律的有效运作 ,就必须通过市场机制对这种资源进行配置。用“供给———需求”的方法对法律的供给因素及供给模式进行分析 ,发现影响法律供给的因素主要有社会经济状况和经济结构、政治、既存法律制度、法律价格、法律生产成本、法律供给技术水平、法律社会福利等 ,而供给模式主要集中在强制性供给和诱导性供给、粗放型供给和集约型供给之间进行选择。

Law is a sort of rare social resource. In order to operate the law efficiently,we should allocate this resource with market-mechanism. The analysis of factors of law-supply by the method of supply-demand tells us that the factors which influence the law-supply are the sections, such as social economic conditions, economic structure, living law institution, law price, cost of law produce, technology of law supply and law social welfare. While the supply model should be saelected among the compulsory supply,induced supply and the intensive supply.
