本文所称金融业监管有利于商业银行等金融企业的内部风险管理 ,是政府或行业自律组织对它的外部监管。银监会的成立有利于实行更好地集中其货币手段 ,而不为监管所累 ,也有利于监管的高效 。

The financial supervision that is presented in this paper is different from the internal risk management of financial enterprises, such as commercial bank and it is the external supervision of government and guild-self-disciplined organization. In the new administrative structure reform of the State Council, a committee used for supervising the banks has been set up, the main duty of which is market access in the future and cooperates with the People's Bank of China, stock supervisory committee and the China Insurance Regulatory Commission in other fields, in supervising. The establishment of the committee concentrates on its currency policy and supervises sufficiently. But a trans-institutional supervising committee should be set up as soon as possible.
