唾液细胞游离型葡糖基转移酶活性的实验研究

摘要 对人体口腔唾液中细胞游离型葡糖基转移酶(GTF)的测定结果表明,该酶能吸附到菌细胞及羟基磷灰石表面并保持酶活性,提示其在蔗糖依赖性附着和菌斑形成过程中的作用不容忽视。 Cell-free glucosgltransferases(GTFs) in human saliva were studied. The result showed that there are cell-free GTFs in human saliva. These enzymes are able to adsord to the surface of Streptococcus mutans,Streptococcus Sanguis, dental plaque and hydroxyapatite, and keep their glucan synthesis activities. It is suggested that cell-free GTFs in human saliva may play an important role in sucrose induced plaque formation.
