近场光学高密度存储研究进展

The Advancement of Near-Field Optical Storage with High Density
摘要
鉴于高存储容量和高传输率在未来数据存储方面的重要性 ,近场光学存储作为一种新的高密度存储手段 ,近年来受到很多关注 .近场光学存储主要有三种方案 :固体浸液透镜方案、探针型方案以及超分辨率的近场结构 .本文对这三种方案的实现方法以及最新的进展作了较详细的阐述 .
