On the Approaches to Coordination between Legal System and Moral Construction

分别从理论上、历史上、国外经验、国内现实四个角度论述了道德建设法制化与法制建设道德化的必要性,指出了它们是法制建设与道德建设协调发展的两个基本途径。

The paper points out the necessity of the coordination between the legal system construction and moral construction, the two approaches that the moral construction should be legalized as well as the legal system construction moralized are inevitablly inferred by the analysis from theoretical and historical perspective combined with foreign experience and present situation.
