企业战略管理主要包括战略设计和战略实施两个核心环节。战略设计大多由战略策划者完成 ,企业战略管理的核心是战略实施。有效实施企业战略 ,需要有一个明确的知识框架作指导。文章围绕战略学习、战略能力、战略控制建立一个战略实施支持子系统 ,在支持子系统的作用下 ,构建一个战略实施“三棱锥”系统模型 。

Business strategy management consists mainly of the two central components of strategy design and strategy implementation. Strategy design is usually done by strategy designers, and therefore, the central part for business strategy management is strategy implementation. Efficient business strategy implementation requires a clearly defined framework as guideline. This article focuses on building a strategy implementation supporting sub system with strategy learning, strategy ability and strategy control, and then building a strategy implementation 'triangular pyramid' system module. It also explains the theoretical connotation of the module as well as its guiding function to practice.
