The Communist Party of China Devote much Attention to the Training of Minority Nationality's Cadres

本文以中国共产党领导的新民主主义革命和社会主义革命与建设为线索 ,回顾和探讨了各个不同的历史时期 ,党对少数民族干部的培养、选拔工作。总结中国共产党培养少数民族干部的历史行程 ,对于更好地贯彻“三个代表”重要思想 ,促进民族地区经济发展和社会稳定 。

Taking the new-democratic revolution and socialist revolution and construction leaded by the Communist Party of China as threads,this article reviews and explores that the CPC trains and selects works of minority nationality's cadres during different historic periods,the author holds that summing up historic travel of minority nationality's cadres trained by the CPC is helpful to carry out three represents'important thoughts and give an impetus to economic development and social stabilization of ethnic area.
