公安部出台了加强公安队伍建设的十二项措施 ,其中“末位辞退”最为引人注目 ,成为广大民警的热话题。分析“末位辞退”出现的难点问题 ,提出实行“末位辞退”
The public security ministry reveals to the public twelve measures for strengthening the building of public security team, of which “dismissing the last one” catches the most attention and becomes the hot topic for all police officers. The thesis analyses the difficulties in carrying out the rule and puts forward several key points to be solved before the implementation of this rule.
