国际商事仲裁是解决国际商事争议的一种常用方法 ,随着国际经济贸易的发展 ,统一国际商事仲裁制度越来越成为必须与必然。我国的仲裁法在与国际接轨方面做出了很大的努力 ,出现了与国际商事仲裁多方面的趋同。

International commercial arbitration is one of the common ways of solving international trade disputes. With the development of international economic trade, it is becoming more and more necessary and critical to standardize international commercial arbitration system. Great efforts have been made in China to bring the new arbitration law onto the international track, resulting the situation of identity of the Chinese arbitration law with the international one in many aspects.
