浅谈正确执行公安政策要注意的几个问题

现阶段 ,公安机关要正确执行公安政策 ,必须正确认识公安政策执行的作用 ,正确理解公安政策和法律的关系 ,划清公安政策教育与套用政策非法取证的界限 ,还要建立相应的配套制度 ,以及做好公安政策宣传工作 ,以保证公安机关行之有效的执行公安政策。

At present stage, in order to properly implement the public security policy, the public security departments must have a correct idea of the functions to pursue public security policy, correctly understand the relations between public security policy and law, make a clear distinction between public security policy education and illegally collecting evidence by applying policy mechanically, establish a corresponding complete system, and propagandize public security policy well so as to guarantee effective implementation of the public security policy by the public security organs.
