浅论出入境管理的法制化途径

WAYS TO LEGALIZE EXIT-ENTRY ADMINISTRATION

改革开放和社会主义市场经济的发展要求出入境管理实现法制化。然而当前我国出入境管理的各个环节尚未达到法制化的要求，故应当通过健全法律体系、增强管理者与被管理者的法律观念、加强出入境的法律监督等途径实现出入境管理的法制化。

Reform, open, and development of the social market economy call for exit-entry administration to be legalized. Yet at present each sector of exit-entry administration in the country doesn' t reach the requirement. Therefore, by ways of perfecting law system, heightening law sense of administrators and administratees, and reinforcing the legal supervision of exit-entry administration, the legalization of the exit-entry administration could get realized.
