当前加强城市公安派出所建设要解决好五大问题 :强化“标本兼治 ,重在治本”的意识 ;理顺关系 ,明确公安派出所主要任务 ;广开财路、多方筹措经费 ;稳定警心 ,提高组织的整体战斗力 ;建立健全合理、完善的考评激励机制等措施 ,确保城市公安派出所工作的顺利进行。

At present,to strengthen the city police stations,there are five problems to be solved:to promote the understanding of'giving consideration to both surface and essence with emphases on essence';to make clear the main tasks of the police stations;to raise finance by extnsive means;to improve the effectiveness of the whole;to establish a sound system of evaluation and rewarding.
