亚太地区的安全形势因大国关系的改善而趋于缓和,但仍面临着恐怖主义活动、印巴冲突、朝鲜核问题、台湾问题等潜在和现实的安全隐患.美中俄及亚太地区各国加强安全领域内的协商与合作,以确保亚太地区的和平与稳定.

He argues that the security situation in the Asia_Pacific region tended towards relaxation because of the improvement of relations among big powers.But the regional security was still faced with potential and real hidden perils,such as terrorist activities,conflicts between India and Pakistan,North Korean nuclear issue and Taiwan Question,etc.The United States,China,Russia and Asia_Pacific countries strengthened their consultation and cooperation on security so as to ensure peace and stability in the Asia_Pacific region.
