He elaborates that since long period of time Chinas strategic position in U.S.strategy,the ideological inclination in U.S.foreign policy,Taiwan Question and Sino_U.S.economic and trade frictions have been the structural factors affecting the U.S.China policy.The negative factors existed in Sino_American relations cannot be concealed,even though the economic and trade ties between the two countries become increasingly close and there are common interests in many fields.
