摘要
针对柱齿钻头传统固齿工艺的不足,提出了嵌套固齿法,论证了固齿的可行性。同时提出铜套固齿的最优工艺。
Being aimed at the faults of traditional tooth-fixing process for a columnar tooth bit, this paper proposes a new method named 'sheathe-embedment' ,and expounds and proves its feasibility. Optimal process for tooth-fixing with copper-sleeve is also offered here.
