摘要
本文分析了宁夏南部山区生态重建的现实背景,分析了宁夏南部山区近二十年来及在西部大开发中生态重建的政策支持、实际效果和需要进一步完善、调整的问题,介绍了近二十年来科研单位、政府机构在生态重建与反贫困方面的重要研究成果.
This article analyzes the background for implementing ecological reconstruction policies in the mountain areas in the south of Ningxia and the achievements the government has reached since 1978 and especially during the course of western development. However much still leaves to be desired.
