本文以民间语的表象为题，阐述游牧民族的马和农耕民族的船在各自群体中所占的重要地位，分析二者的异同和特点以及由此表现出来的南北民族不同的文化心态。

According to some folk sayings, this article deals with the important roles that the boats play in the southern farming nationalities and the horses play in the northern nomadic nationalities. Then points out the nationalities in the north and the south have different cultural patterns .
