ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN POETRY AND ART IN MARITAIN'S POETICS

诗和艺术是马利坦诗学理论中的两个基本而重要的概念,这两个概念的内涵和传统意义上诗和艺术的内涵有很大的不同,它们分别代表人类艺术创造精神活动的两个不同阶段,这两个阶段既密不可分又有所区别,弄清二者之间的特殊关系,对于准确把握马利坦独特的神学美学理论体系以及揭开艺术创造精神活动的深层奥秘都具有重要的作用。

Poetry and art are two important and fundamental concepts in Marritain's poetics. The connotation of these two concept are quite different from that of traditional poetry and art. They respectively represent two stages of artistic creation of mankind. And these two stages are closely related with each other and yet differing from each other. Making this special relationship clear is very important for us to correctly understand Maritain's unique theological and aesthetical system and to disclose the profound secret of the spiritual activities of art creation.
