摘要
在深入分析图书馆三个基本功能以及新技术的积极作用与负面影响的基础上 ,讨论了电子文献与传统文献各自的局限性与互补性 ,讨论了数字化、网络化等新技术环境对传统图书馆的双重影响 ,讨论了新技术环境下高校图书馆面临的三个重要环境因素及图书馆综合响应对策 。
Discusses respectively the limitations and complementarities of electronic and traditional literature on analyzing the library's three basic functions and new technology's positive and negative effects and the double effects which digitization, network and the other new technologies have on the traditional libraries. It also discusses three important environmental factors and comprehensive responding policies university libraries are facing under the new technological environment. Then it puts forward new thoughts on the changing tendency of the university libraries development and management pattern.
