Judicial independence aims at better protecting rights.Protecting rights by law is a great social progress.Right protection has always been a western spirit of rule by law.Survival environment is now forcing us to accept this western civilization.Right protection and judicial reform are the two major tasks in the building up of our country legal system.Facts prove that judicial independence is a better means to protect right than any other means in history.
