Create Academic Features of University Journals and Promote Cultural Prosperity of Western Regions

围绕提高学报质量 ,提出民族院校和民族地区高校文科学报一是要树立品牌意识、确立优势栏目、形成鲜明特色 ,要突出地域性和民族性特色 ,为西部大开发和繁荣民族文化作出贡献 ;二是要优化编辑业务 ,实现编辑学者化。

This thesis looks back and summarizes merits and demerits of liberal arts journals of nationalities colleges and universities in the past four yeras.Focusing on the issue of how to raise the quality of nuiverstiy journals,the thesis puts forth journal-running ideas:firstly,the following setting up a brand-conciousness,establishing advantageous columns and shaping striking features;secondly optimizing edditing affairs and scholarizing edditing process.
