This paper studies the influence of element niobium, nitrogen and rare-earth elements on wear characteristics of medium-manganese steel under the conditions of non-strong impact, comparing with steel Mn13。The inherent cause of good wearability of this steel is find out by means of electron microscope and X-ray analysis。
