实话中医——中医学及其发展的哲学思考

Philosophical Speculation on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Its Development

中医学不是自然科学的分支 ,它一直与中国古代哲学交融在一起 ,没有分离。中医学有着自己对生命本体的认识 ,有着自己特定的思维方式与思维过程。而在对中医学发展的研究中 ,常常将中医学作为自然科学的分支 ,对中医学与其它自然科学、西医学和药学作同样的要求 ,用自然科学的方法、西医学的方法和药学的方法对中医学进行研究 ,这就出现了一些有趣的现象。用“实话”将其简单化些 ,让中西医两个医学范式自然地以本来面貌发展下去 ,实在是一个简单而又需要重视的问题。

Traditional Chinese medicine is not a branch of the natural sciences, but is intermingled with the ancient Chinese philosophy. Traditional Chinese medicine has its own insight into life and its own thought process. In the researches on the development of traditional Chinese medicine, however, it is often considered as a branch of the natural sciences and treated in the same way as the branches of the natural sciences such as western medicine and pharmacology by applying methods commonly used in natural sciences. The author believes that it is very simple and yet important to simplify traditional Chinese medicine and enable it to develop naturally and separately from western medicine.
