党的十六大提出经济理论创新,就是要冲破一切束缚先进生产力发展的桎梏,推动新一轮思想解放。本文结合对十六大报告的学习,从全面建设小康社会、现阶段的基本经济制度、新型工业化道路、改革分配制度、缩小收入差距等七个方面领会报告的精神。

Creation of economic theory proposed at the 16th CPC Congress emphasizes to breach all the shackles hindering the development of advanced productive force and to promote the new mental emancipation. This paper, based on the studies of the report at the 16th CPC Congress, grasps the spirit of the report from the following seven aspects: all-round construction of the well-off society, present elementary economic system, industrial path of a new type, reforming distribution system, and narrowing income gap.
