摘要
根据白云鄂博主东矿中贫氧化矿矿石特性和主要矿物的物理、化学性质,经过大量的试验研究,制定了弱磁—强磁—浮选综合回收铁、稀土的选矿新工艺流程。各种类型的中贫氧化矿的不同规模的选矿试验,均取得良好的经济技术指标,表明该工艺流程的适应性强。文中还阐明了采用合理的强磁选聚磁介质实现矿物分组的极端重要性。
According to the characters of low and medium grade oxide ores at the Zhu Mining Aera and the Dong Mining Aera and physicochemical properties of their main minerals. The authors worked out a new process flowsheet of low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-flotation separation through lots of tests. In the tests of the low and medium grade oxide ores of all types, better technical and economic results were obtained using the flowsheet, This means that the flowsheet has good applicability. Also, the paper clarifies the importance of using appropriate magnetic matrixes to achieve mineral grouping.
