摘要
本文研究了影响钛铁矿载体浮选的主要因素,包括搅拌速度,时间,矿浆pH值,捕收剂用量等。在此基础上进行了钛铁矿/斜长石混合矿的分离试验,所得钛铁矿含TiO_2 47.13%,回收率93.04%。
This paper studies some main factors affecting carrier-flotation of ilmenite, including agitating time and speed,pulp pH and collector dosc,ctc. Based on this, a scparation test is carried out on ilmcnitc-plagioclasc mixture. In the test, ilmenite concentrate containing 47.13% TiO_2 can be obtained with a recovery of 93.04%.
